Rotary’s epic mower mower ride around Australia

The Rotary Club of Armadale in Western Australia is driving a Hustler Super Z ride-on lawn mower around Australia to benefit charity. In 2012, we drove from Perth to Kalgoorlie. In February 2013 we drove from Kalgoorlie to Adelaide arriving  at the Clipsal 500 motor race! In May 2014  the Ride left Adelaide for Sydney and the Rotary International Convention, via Melbourne, Hobart and Canberra! So far covering 5300KM of the 15000KM around Australia! 2015 will see the Hustler Z and team covering 5500KM from Sydney to Darwin via Cairns. In 2015, the Ride benefits Australian Rotary Health’s Mental Illness Research Program  and the Royal Flying Doctor Service. When we say we’re riding to get to ‘the other side’, we’re not just talking about geography. We’re riding this lawn mower to help people in need get to where the grass is greener.
